SPEAK OUT: No Offense Meant

Rob Haneisen's article ('Redmen mascot must go') really rubbed me the wrong way. Like most people, I've become non-insensitive, and frankly, fed up, with the debate over the Redmen topic. It amazes me how these people can jump on the bandwagon of debate just to prove a senseless point. The government has used the Tomahawk missile, Apache and Comanche helicopters, etc. It's a symbol of your heritage, determination, and fierceness. How can this possibly offend you? If this is truly an issue for you, you should hire a lawyer and go after the U.S. government. Put that in your peace-pipe and smoke it."
