| Another piece from 1987. A favorite of mine, this drawing of my baseball glove was featured on my business card and stationery for a few years. I applied a rather liberal use of outline to accentuate the texture of the rawhide laces. This was during a period when I felt a drawing wasn't complete until it was encased within a solid contour line. This illustration makes a rather convincing case for that theory. |
